September 24,1970 – Editorial: The Ouray City Council has voted to open the municipal swimming pool on a trial basis during the fall months. The pool will be open weekends, starting Sept. 26, from 1-5 p.m. The rates will be the same as the summer rates; 5o cents for children, 75 cents for students and $1 for adults.
