Melvin Dunn of Ridgway was surprised by a parade for his 97th birthday on Saturday, organized by family members Doug and Janette Toney of Montrose. His wife, Smiles (pictured next to him), told him he needed to wear his dress blues because he was getting his photo taken, and he sat in the driveway for the socially distanced parade.
