It appears that Gunnison County may be headed out of the woods — for now. For the first time in almost a month, the test positivity for COVID-19 cases is below the threshold of concern. On Aug. 19, the 14-day average test positivity rate fell to 4.12 percent, below the 5 percent of total tests threshold.
