New case of COVID-19 confirmed Tuesday

A woman in her 20s is the latest confirmed case of COVID-19 in Ouray County. The positive results came from a test for the active virus, and they follow five other positive test results announced Monday.

This brings Ouray County’s official count of positive cases to 22 – including non-residents. One resident and one part-time resident have died as a result of COVID-19. Though the state is not counting visitors in their official virus counts, the county is reporting those numbers.
