Ouray County commissioners and staff spent four hours on Tuesday in a virtual meeting with the Army Corps of Engineers to discuss possible solutions to recurring flooding of Corbett Creek on County Road 17. The viability of several alternatives were discussed and county officials ultimately told representatives of the Army Corps of Engineers that they are ready to receive a conceptual plan.
