Lynn Padgett would have loved to continue her tenure as a county commissioner at the end of her second term, back in 2016.

Term limits prevented her from doing that, but she might have a chance to do it again, if voters decide to elect her to the position this fall.

“1 said for four years I wasn’t going to run again, but now looking at the pandemic and needs and challenges the county faces, I’m willing to step up and help,” she said.
