A dispute over who had the right-of-way on a local Jeep trail led to an arrest for alleged assault last week.

Congested routes and lack of following trail etiquette led to the incident. On Saturday, a visitor from California was driving a Jeep Rubicon down the Ouray side of Imogene Pass. Another vehicle, a Toyota Tacoma traveling uphill, encountered the Jeep on a particularly narrow stretch of the rocky, steep route.
