Mudslides have forced the closure of several routes in the area on Monday afternoon, after days of significant precipitation in Ouray County.

U.S. 550 south of Ouray near mile marker 83 has been closed in both directions due to a mudslide. Imogene Pass is also closed, on the Telluride side.
