River District will ask voters for property tax hike
The Colorado River District will ask voters for a property tax increase in November.
The board voted to move forward with the ballot measure at its meeting Tuesday. The mill levy increase, which would cost $1.90 per $100,000 of assessed value of a residential property, would serve several purposes if approved.
