A Ouray restaurant fined earlier this year for violating the city’s noise ordinance on live music is in trouble again.

City officials said they will issue a warning to the owners of Goldbelt Bar and Grill, 800 Main St., after several residents complained during the July 7 City Council meeting that live music over the Fourth of July weekend exceeded the noise levels and hours stipulated in Goldbelt’s special noise permit.
