Ouray County commissioners on Tuesday submitted a letter of intent to place a ballot question on the November zozo ballot, although at this point it’s merely a placeholder for any potential questions they may ask voters.

The short letter simply states: “Please accept this letter as notification that Ouray County may be participating in the 2020 General Election and may be submitting a ballot question or ballot questions.”
