The coronavirus pandemic ensured there were no officially sanctioned city events in Ouray last weekend, but it turns out there were fireworks of a different sort.

Plaindealer reporter Liz Teitz took photos of a citizen-or ganized parade on Main Street on Saturday morning, and we shared a panel of them on our social media. One photo in particular generated dozens of comments in a matter of a few hours.
