After nearly five hours of contentious public hearings, comments and deliberation, Ouray County commissioners agreed Tuesday to allow a marijuana grow operation to expand on Log Hill Mesa. During the first public meeting held in the renovated county courthouse, and the first in-person meeting since COVID-19 led to virtual meetings, commissioners held the hearing wearing masks and heard arguments for and against the proposal.
