Pool variance seeks expanded capacity
Ouray County has submitted a request to the state to allow pools to admit 200 people or 75 percent of capacity.
County commissioners, acting as the Board of Health, approved the variance request to be submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment on Tuesday.
