Ninth COVID-19 case confirmed in Ouray County

A 50-year-old woman who lives in Ouray County and works in a neighboring county is the latest confirmed local case of COVID-19.

Ouray County Public Health Department Director Tanner Kingery said he received news of the latest positive result on Wednesday. The test was performed in Telluride and is a swab test, which detects active virus.
