Dear Editor:

COVID-19 makes it hard for sheriff’s candidates to have physical exposure to the community. Without that exposure, we have to depend on what we read or hear.

Ted Wolfe has 36 yea rs of law enforcement experience, part of which was with Montrose Sheriff’s Office, the remainder in the City of Ouray. His service started at the age of 18 and two tours in Vietnam. After which he joined the National Guard in Montrose.
