Second homeowners treated inferior

Dear Editor:

It seems to me that people who have a second home in Ouray are considered second-class citizens as far as the Board of County Commissioners and Mr. Tanner Kingery of the Ouray County Public Health Agency are concerned.

My husband and I are six month residents of Ouray. I was sent a letter dated April 13 from the Ouray County Public Health Agency advising us not to come to Ouray to OUR house for which we have paid full year property taxes and full year utility fees. The only reason tha...
