Cherie Adelle of Montrose walks Dazzle, a husky-American bulldog mix. Dazzle has been staying in a foster home and shelter staff are arranging visits for potential adopters at Second Chance Humane Society in Ridgway. The shelter emptied its kennels when coronavirus hit, placing the majority of its population in foster homes.
