Local businesses are navigating layers of health orders from the state and county regarding when and how they can reopen, as the governor’s statewide stay-at-home order expires today. While some categories of business have been specifically told they can reopen on May 1 by the state, others are in limbo, waiting to find out if or how they can reopen by a predicted May 15 target. Today is the last day of the stay at home order and the “safer at home” order takes effect Monday.
