In one fell swoop the pendulum swung from one post to the other earlier this month. At the same time as the Tourism Office’s contract with Ouray was expiring, the anti-Tourism Office sprang into action to fi ll the void. By which I mean the Ouray County Public Health Agency and its April 7 Order.
