The city of Ouray is closing in on hiring a search firm to look for its next city administrator.

City councilors unanimously agreed during an April 8 special meeting to enter into contract negotiations with KRW Associates LLC to have the the Colorado Springs-based head hunter lead the search to replace City Administrator Justin Perry.
