So now our leaders are struggling to find a qualified candidate to fill the road boss job. Let’s pay a recruitment firm sci,ocio to do their job for them.

Here is a thought: Let’s up the ante. Pay the position $9,000-plus, buy the new boss a house to live in and put the kids through college. Or maybe pay 5i6o an hour like they are paying the interim boss. That’s only $6,400 a week.

Maybe then this qualified person with advanced degrees, a wealth of knowledge and practical experie...
