Library expansion sails through winter
After a two-week early start and despite heavy snowfall so far this winter, the Ridgway Public Library expansion project is still on — and perhaps a little ahead of — schedule.
The expectation is for the new 2,400-square-foot, $1.6 million wing to be in use by the end of April, according to Michael Cassidy, president of the Ridgway Public Library Board of Trustees.
