Utility bills go through roof
Dear Editor:
In paying my City of Ouray utilities bill for 2020, I decided to glance at my receipt from the same services for 2015. My calculations show an increase of 77 percent over the course of six years, or essentially 13 percent per year. You may wish to review your records when you have a chance.
