Dear Editor:

Let’s be totally transparent, the current “in” word. I am not a voting constituent of the city of Ouray. And I am not a close friend of Ethan Funk, although we know each other. But I am within eyesight and sniffing distance of Ouray’s waste treatment plant, so I have an interest in the City Council. I am confused about the reasons for the attempt to remove Funk for nothing that relates to the pressing issues before the council.
