Dear Editor:

The much talked about Ouray County sheriff recall petition is not a partisan issue. It is an issue that everyone in the county should be concerned with.

Yes, I too have heard Lance Fitzgerald is a nice guy, but that is not reason enough to allow our county and its taxpayers to be placed at risk for negligence.
