Vann chosen for NEA arts review committee

Chris Vann of Ouray, who serves as programming and development director for Palm Arts and the Michael D. Palm Theatre in Telluride, was recently a “5 Minutes to Shine” finalist at the Association of Performing Arts Professionals Conference in New York City.

Vann participated in the competition and gave a presentation on a nonprofit/for-profit collaboration between organizations in Telluride and the resilience of the Telluride Jazz Festival.
