Council taps new mayor pro tem
Continuing a theme of change, the Ouray City Council will have a new mayor pro tem in 2020.
In a split vote, city councilors agreed Monday night to appoint John Wood to the position, removing Glenn Boyd from a post he’s held since 2014.
