SILVERTON – Town staff has begun winter grooming efforts for the non-motorized Nordic trails maintained at Memorial Park, Kendall Mountain Ski Area, and Silverton School. These trails are open for walking, snowshoeing, skiing and fat-tire biking. Per Ordinance 2019-01, Town parks are designated for non-motorized use, so community members are asked to refrain from riding snowmobiles or other motorized snow machines in Town parks.
