Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials will host meetings in Montrose and Gunnison next week to explain a new program that will reward anglers who catch smaller lake trout at Blue Mesa Reservoir.

The first meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s office in Montrose, 2300 S. Townsend Ave. The second meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 19 at the CPW office in Gunnison, 300 W. New York Ave.
