A public hearing on a land use code amendment regarding wildfire regulations was continued last week to Nov. 19 after commissioners were not satisfied with the document’s ability to address high-density lots that could be the key to undertaking affordable housing in the near future.

The Planning Commission will not have to put any more work into the documents, as staff has been directed to add more flexibility into the document to address high-density housing.
