Voters OK cemetery de-Brucing
Voters in the Cedar Hill Cemetery District agreed to let the cemetery keep money collected through property taxes for improvements and upkeep to the grounds.
The measure passed easily, with 66 percent of voters approving the measure (508 votes) and 34 percent of voters opposing the question (261 votes), according to unofficial election results this week. There were approximately 1,300 voters in the district.
