Voters to decide on roads measure
Ouray County voters will decide next week whether to fund roads maintenance and a plan to improve routes across the county for the coming decades.
The countywide ballot measure, which asks voters to approve a 2.6 mill-levy increase on property taxes and a 1 percent use tax on vehicles registered for the first time in the county, is anticipated to raise $655,399 per year.
