Voters who live in and around the City of Ouray will decide on a ballot measure concerning the Cedar Hill Cemetery District next week, which would allow the district to keep taxes already collected to help fund upkeep of the cemetery grounds. If the measure is approved, the district will be allowed to keep an estimated $1,318 in 2020.
