New trash cans proving to be bear of a burden

Dear Editor,
In Ouray we have new garbage cans. I heard that some had been ordered but had to be returned. I do not know the reason. But we received new ones.
The color is nice, I love the bright green. Now they are smaller than the previous ones, but they feel heavier. Since they are of smaller capacity we received two.
The wheel base is shorter, which make them more difficult to pull and makes them more tipsy. In
