Proposed road tax generates plenty of questions

I am Sam Ewing, disgruntled

Ouray County taxpayer.

After attending regular commissioner meetings, call to the public, and voicing County Road 24 residents’ concerns about traffic speed and dust, I stand corrected and regret any stress I may have caused by assuming the road solution was mag chloride.
